The 1692ALM model is the ideal pump puller for those warmer climate areas, such as Sarasota, FL., Dallas, TX, and Phoenix AZ. where well head discharge setups above-grade are common. The ALM is also the ideal pump puller for test and experimental wells where the machine can easily be removed while the down pipe exiting the top of the hole can remain in place.
Our ALM Model has a smaller footprint. The base plate of the machine measures 25-1/4" wide by 20-1/4" long (plus the removable handle). With detachable 10" flat free caster wheels, the PUL-A-PUMP®
provides smooth transportation over rough terrain to and from the job site.
The 1692ALM Model was designed for use with four (4) adjustable leveling legs. The machine sets up around the well casing on three (3) sides, leaving the fourth side of the well casing completely open, which allows the water pipe connection to remain clear and does not interfere with the setup of the PUL-A-PUMP®
machine. The ALM can slide up against or away from the well casing, making it easy
for center discharge well seals to pass through the base of the machine.
With the correct well adapter, the open design of the base plate will allow the machine to adapt from 4" to 8" well casings or no casing at all.
The ALM Model also sets up on 4", 5" and 6" snappy type or clear view pitless adapters. It will easily adapt itself to all well seal setups. The lower half of 4" and 5" sanitary well caps can remain on the casing. The ALM Model has three (3) thumb screws that attach against the well casing just under the bottom half of the well cap, centering and clamping the PUL-A-PUMP®
to the well casing for utmost stability.
Our well mounting bracket system with adjustable legs gives you the added ability to slide and adjust the height of the PUL-A-PUMP®
up against the casing of above grade type well seal discharges. This system is especially designed for well houses, monitoring wells or those setups where "quick mount" systems are not an option.
